Case Study 1
A major distributor in the Northeast area realized they were in need of a company to take control of their negotiation, freight audit and payment programs. After extensive interviews with various logistics and freight audit - payment companies the decision was made to work with TAS Logistics.
TAS performed an extensive review of freight invoices and categorized them into freight classes, weights and shipping lanes. Long haul and regional carriers were given sections of the country where they were strong.

Case Study 2
TAS Logistics started working with a manufacturer of furnace igniters. The plan was to review their trucking cost and make recommendations on reducing the cost and the time from pick up to delivery without additional costs.
